*Sharing My Honest Experience with Utopiaa:* I invested my hard earned 💰money in Utopiaa Farmland 3 years ago, with high hopes for both short-term & long-term returns. At the time of investment, the team assured me that plantation would begin within 4 months, and returns would start flowing from the 8 month onward.🤑 During my regular follow-ups, the Utopiaa team claimed that plantation had already been completed long ago and even replantation was done where necessary. Believing their words, I assumed at least some progress was being made—even though there were no returns. It was only last year that I discovered the harsh reality: nothing significant had happened on the ground. They made no genuine effort to develop or maintain the plantations on customer plots. The numbers they showed us were misleading, if not entirely fabricated while purchasing. Feeling deceived, I requested the team to help resell my plots. For the past year, I’ve been following up with them regularly. Once again, they made false promises—saying that since my plot already had plantation, it would be easy to sell and they would help close the sale quickly. But nothing has happened. Now, after 3 years, I’m attaching the current condition of my plot. I can confidently say that no serious buyer would consider purchasing it after seeing the reality on the ground. That’s the level of maintenance they provide.🏜🏜 Unfortunately, I’m not alone in this situation. There’s a whole group of affected investors😭 (see group DP attached), and I’m just one among them. You might wonder why there are still many positive reviews out there—well, the truth is, many of us were requested to delete our genuine feedback.👎 So, before you make any decision to invest💸💲💰 in Utopiaa, please think twice. Once your money is in, they show very little interest in responding or taking accountability. Like me, many of us are left with nothing do. If anyone is considering a purchase, I’d genuinely request you to consider my plots—I’m trying to sell them at a better price💰 than what Utopiaa is offering. Please note that I’m a genuine seller, and my plots currently have no plantation.🏜🏜🏜

I visited their office today, it was a very good experience overall. Beginning with Mr Somanna explaining us the project and what we do there, next Mr Thejas took us to the project place Utopiaa Legacy which is near to Bagepalli happens to be closer to the Bagepalli - Gauribidnur highway (~3km), he explained very clearly about the sandalwood plantation idea etc, made us plant a sapling (they will share a photo frame of you doing it, this is the gift they give for first comers) and then day ended by talking to Mrs Pratibha, the sales head who answered our questions with patience and intent. I’m still considering whether to proceed or not but providing my initial review for now.

The on-ground experience truly showcases the potential of the land. The plantation areas and water systems are perfectly aligned. I appreciate the attention to detail in developing this farmland. It’s evident that the team prioritizes quality and sustainability. From security to storage facilities, everything is top-notch.

I recently visited my farmland, and the place is stunning. After purchasing my plot a few months back, my plantations were set up with great care, thanks to the dedicated team. The agronomics team is highly experienced with each member very well-versed with each project and always ready to answer any question that I had. Their support throughout the process and follow-ups were seamless, making the experience smooth from start to finish. I am glad to become an eco-farmer. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to invest with the added benefit of premium amenities. Plus, working remotely from my own farm is a dream come true!
